  • Stunning coastal views - a location to be relished with breathtaking views (fabulous sunrises and sunsets) across rolling farmland to the bay and 2 tiny islets.
  • The small village of Aberdaron is minutes away - white washed cottages, pubs, cafes and shops. Visit the ancient church on the headland and enjoy the lovely sandy beach. Nearby for good food is Pen Bryn Bach Restaurant (booking advisable).
  • Abersoch 12 miles away has a bank, a village shop, Spar supermarket and a chemist. More extensive shopping can be done in Pwllheli 17 miles away.

  • The energetic members of your party will love Lleyn Adventure Activities for all ages such as coasteering, canyoning,climbing, abseiling and more all with the guidance of experienced instructors.
  • The three magnificent castles of Harlech, Criccieth and Caernarfon are all within easy distance. They were built by Edward 1 as part of his ring of steel intended to subdue the Welsh. They are each well worth a visit.
Oriel y Weddw, Llanbedrog
  • Oriel Glyn y Weddw at Llanbedrog is a thriving arts centre with its own print and picture collection and important Welsh porcelain. New exhibitions are held throughout the year.
Bardsey Island & Glasfryn Ten Pin Bowling
  • A haven for nature lovers where only 18 people live. Enlli Sea Safaris run trips to the island from Pwllheli and Porth Meudwy to see historic Abbey ruins, the Bird Observatory and a wide variety of flora and forna.
  • Glasfryn Parc Ten Pin Bowling at Pwllheli is good family fun. There are 8 lanes, a fully licensed bar and a dining area.
Rheilfford Ffestiniog Railway, Porthmadog
  • This unique narrow gauge railway runs from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Time your journey to allow time to visit the fascinating Lechwedd Slate Caverns where you can take an underground tour, visit the old sweet shop and have a pint in the Miner's Arms.
