From this self catering apartment in the centre of Shrewsbury one can enjoy the fabulous views over a wide sweep of the River Severn to the Abbey and beyond. Grade 2 listed Georgian town house on 3 floors which has winding staircases, wooden floors and sash windows. The elegant sitting room has a period fireplace, Georgian windows with lovely river views, coved ceilings and wooden floors. Stylish furnishings and oriental rug enhance the charm of this lovely holiday property. Within an easy stroll of the many town centre attractions, this tastefully furnished house is in a superb position by the English Bridge at the bottom of Wyle Cop - one of the finest independent shopping streets in Britain with some of the oldest buildings in Shrewsbury - with a great choice of restaurants and cafes close by. Markets are held every Sunday and Farmers Markets are held on the first Friday of every month. Excellent local produce.
