A newly refurbished Victorian town house on 4 floors in the heart of the ancient seaside borough of Newport. Breathtaking views across to Parrog Beach, Golf Club and estuary to the front and to Carn Ingli and Newport’s castle to the rear from the 2nd floor master en-suite bedroom – a wonderful retreat, with a comfy sofa to relax on. The cosy sitting room has stripped wooden floors, a coal effect gas stove and double doors opening into the fitted kitchen with dining table and views from the windows across the rooftops. Slate stairs lead from the kitchen down to a bathroom with underfloor lighting and a ‘snug’ with comfortable leather seating and coal effect gas stove. A door opens onto a small rear courtyard with under-floor lighting, a small water feature and garden furniture. There is a right of way across the courtyard to next door and a gate from the courtyard gives access into a right of way into West Street.

Newport Parrog Boat Club & Newport Golf Club
Newport Parrog, Boat Club and Parrog Beach are 800 yds away and Newport Sands and links golf course – now 18 holes - are 2 miles away beyond the estuary. Away from the coast are the Preseli Hills, wonderful for pony trekking and hill walking and the mystical Gwaun Valley - lovely scenery and worth the drive, or ride on the Preseli Walkers Bus, just to sample ‘Bessies’ Real Ale Inn.

Try your luck. Two established lakes are stocked with rainbow and brown trout averaging 2lbs. The pleasant short walk of just one mile from Aberporth to Tresaith takes about twenty minutes.
