- At the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula, just above the old white-washed fishing village of Aberdaron, this recently restored imposing former farmhouse is now a spacious, comfortable home for holidays.
- There are two sitting rooms, a luxury fitted kitchen/dining room with a high beamed ceiling and a gable end made entirely of glass. French doors open onto the patio with panoramic views across Whistling Sands Bay (NT).
- Dine overlooking splendid sea views & luxuriate in spacious pastel coloured bedrooms with beamed ceilings.
- In the spring there are brilliant displays of snowdrops and bluebells in the woods above the house.
Aberdaron, Pwllheli & Plas yn Rhiw (NT)
- Aberdaron, nestling at the mouth of the River Daron which is spanned by a 17th century stone bridge in the centre of the village, has a pretty beach, two excellent hotels, restaurants and interesting shops.
- The ancient market town of Pwllheli 18 miles away has a good range of local amenities including interesting independent shops, supermarket, bank, post office, internet cafe, chemist, doctor, filling station and two markets held on Wednesdays and Sundays (May - Sept).
- Plas yn Rhiw (N.T.) nearby is a 16th century manor with gardens containing many interesting flowering trees and shrubs.
Lleyn Peninsua holiday home in an 'Area of Outstanding Beauty'
- The Lleyn Peninsula is an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and the recently opened coastal path is a wonderful way to discover hidden beaches and coves. Bardsey Island can be viewed from heather covered hilltops and the steep rocky cliffs are home to choughs, razorbills, guillemots and a wide variety of gulls.

4 Bedrooms sleeping 9 plus cot on request. 1 double en suite (shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet) and 1 king size en suite (shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet), 1 family room with king size and single bed all on 1st floor. 1 twin on ground floor.
Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom on mezzanine floor with bath (shower over) wash basin, toilet.
Kitchen/dining room luxury fully fitted country style kitchen with cooker (electric double ovens), gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge (no ice box ). Refectory table seating 9 plus high chair on request. French doors out on to patio.
Utility Room washing machine. Freezer in small passage way between kitchen and lounge.
Sitting Room No. 1 large inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, 3 piece suite, tv and radio, staircase to 1st floor to the 2 en suite bedrooms.
Sitting Room No. 2 Victorian style fireplace (not in use) with electric fire, 1 x 2 seater and 1 x 3 seater brown leather sofas, 2 easy chairs, tv/dvd, cd and a large window with lovely views.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September, £25 per week outside these dates.
Grounds enclosed garden with lawns, 2 patio areas with wooden garden furniture.
NB toddlers and older children must not be allowed to wander in the fields or farm buildings above the property - cattle and sheep.
