- Patio doors in the sitting room open onto an enclosed terrace - fabulous views - and the master en-suite bedroom on the 2nd floor has wonderful panoramic sea views.
- One of a pair of houses, it is set at the end of a tiny lane in 2 acres of grounds.
The enclosed garden has a gate into wild woodland which stretches to the clifftops - great care must be taken if venturing into these woods and children must be closely supervised at all times.
Cardigan Bay's Bottlenose dolphins
- Cardigan Bay’s famous Bottlenose dolphins can be spotted almost every day in the summer from this uniquely peaceful location above the Lifeboat Station and only a 5 minute walk along a footpath from the centre of New Quay.
New Quay, Dylan Thomas & Watersports
- New Quay is a bustling quaint small harbour village with narrow streets rising in terraces from the harbour and there is a variety of pubs, restaurants, gift and craft shops.
- Dylan Thomas lived in New Quay in the 1940s and perhaps this is his ‘ cliff perched town at the far end of Wales’ . It is the setting for a recent film about his life starring Kiera Knightly and Sienna Miller ‘ The Edge of Love’ and the Dylan Thomas Trail takes you to many of his favourite places in the town.

Alltrodyn Trout Lake & Walk around Llangrannog
- Try your luck at this 2 acre lake stocked with rainbow and brown trout in a picturesque corner of Capel Dewi
- The four mile coastal walk around Llangrannog has lovely views of the Lleyn Peninsula. It takes about two hours. After your walk enjoy a light meal or an ice-cream at the Terrace Cafe (seasonal) or a drink and a seafood meal in the Pentre Arms Hotel.
